Eloise Zoppos
Dr Eloise Zoppos is a principal research consultant in the ACRS research unit, positioned in the Monash Business School’s Department of Marketing. Prior to joining the ACRS, Eloise worked across the commercial and government research sectors. She is experienced with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and her research interests span a range of areas including customer experience and satisfaction, brand image, ad testing, and campaign and communication evaluation.
Paolo De Leon
Paolo De Leon is a research consultant in the Australian Consumer and Retail Studies (ACRS) research unit, at Monash Business School’s Department of Marketing. Paolo is experienced with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. At ACRS, Paolo has applied his diverse research skills and breadth of marketing knowledge in delivering thought leadership, customer experience.
