Stephanie Atto is a principal research consultant in the ACRS research unit, positioned in Monash Business School’s Department of Marketing. Stephanie specialises in retail and consumer behaviour research, with a particular focus on shopper trends, market performance, and customer satisfaction and experience. At ACRS, Stephanie is the program lead of The SAT Suite, focusing on providing valuable insight and understanding to Australian retail property owners and managers on their relationships with retailers and shoppers.

Paolo De Leon
Paolo De Leon is a research consultant in the Australian Consumer and Retail Studies (ACRS) research unit, at Monash Business School’s Department of Marketing. Paolo is experienced with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. At ACRS, Paolo has applied his diverse research skills and breadth of marketing knowledge in delivering thought leadership, customer experience.
