
Dimitris Drakopoulos
Dimitris Drakopoulos is a Senior Financial Sector Expert in the Global Markets Analysis Division of the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department. He contributes to the Global Financial Stability Report on issues relating to emerging markets, fixed income markets and crypto assets and is a member of the Fund’s market surveillance team. Prior to joining the IMF, he worked at Nomura in London where he held various roles including Head of EMEA EM Research and Senior Eurozone Economist.

Fabio M. Natalucci
Fabio M. Natalucci is a Deputy Director of the IMF's Monetary and Capital Markets Department. He is responsible for the Global Financial Stability Report that gives the IMF’s assessment of global financial stability risks. Prior to joining the IMF, Fabio was a Senior Associate Director in the Division of Monetary Affairs at the Federal Reserve Board. Between October 2016 and June 2017, Mr. Natalucci was Deputy Assistant Secretary for International Financial Stability and Regulation at the U.S. Department of Treasury.

Evan Papageorgiou
Evan Papageorgiou is a Deputy Division Chief in the Global Markets Monitoring & Analysis Division of the IMF’s Monetary and Capital Markets Department. He is an author to the Global Financial Stability Report on issues relating to emerging markets, sovereign credit risk, fixed income markets, and sustainable finance. Previously he was in the Nordic Unit of the European Department of the IMF where he wrote about macroprudential policies, household savings and external sector issues.
